A great first time event with a flat course. Starting and finishing at the East Islip Marina. Beneficiaries include the Boomer Esiason Foundation and the EJ Autism Foundation.

Mighty North Fork

One of the best first timer courses with a calm Peconic Bay swim (500 meters), flat scenic 8 mile bike and an equally scenic 3.5 mile run. Held in the heart of Long Island's wine region this event has something for both athletes and spectators alike.

Mighty Hamptons

A world renowned Olympic Distance course that has had athletes such as
Dave Scott, Allison Roe, Scott Tinley, John Howard and Karen Smyers as past competitors. Held at pristine Long Beach in Sag Harbor. Wonderful 1.5K swim in Noyac Bay, followed by a rolling scenic 23.8 mile bike tour of the Hamptons and finishing with a very accurate and fast flat 10K run through the quiet streets of North Haven.

This race is admired by sprint distance triathletes for its course that runs along segments of the half distance race taking place the following day. This is a great family weekend to spend on the east end with the Sprint and Youth Race on Saturday and the Half on Sunday.
